ANALISA PERANCANGAN UI/UX APLIKASI ABSENSI DENGAN METODE DESIGN THINKING PADA PT. PERTAMINA PATRA NIAGA SUMBAGSEL

Abstract

The attendance system has become a key element in attendance management and monitoring employee attendance in various organizations. PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga, as the largest oil and gas company in Indonesia, has an access control system that is used by all employees, which is planned to become a new attendance system in the company in the future. Nowadays, UI/UX is an important stage in the creation of any digital product, especially websites. The final goal of this study is to create a functional Attendance Website prototype that is tailored to the company's needs. Design thinking is used as a research methodology; it is a technique that seeks solutions to problems by prioritizing end user concerns. The design thinking process consists of five steps: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype and Testing. From the test results, it was found that the design was running well and according to needs and could be developed further.
