ANALISA PERANCANGAN UI/UX APLIKASI INVENTORY GUDANG BERBASIS WEB DI PT. PERTAMINA PATRA NIAGA SUMBAGSEL

Abstract

The development of information technology has had a significant impact on inventory management. PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga Sumbagsel, through the SSC ICT MOR II function, which is responsible for managing technology and information, understands the importance of efficient warehouse inventory management. Therefore, this research aims to make it easier for employees, especially in the SSC ICT MOR II function, in inventory management at PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga Sumbagsel. This was achieved by designing a user interface (UI/UX) for a web-based warehouse application using the Design Thinking method approach. The Design Thinking method is used as a framework for understanding user needs, identifying problems, and designing innovative solutions. There are five stages in the Design Thinking method, namely Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Testing. The test results show that the application design works well, meets needs, and has potential for further development.
