Perancangan UI/UX Sistem Pemesanan Buket Menggunakan Figma

Abstract

This research aims to design an intuitive and attractive user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) for a flower bouquet ordering system, using Figma design software. Through a user-centered design approach, this research produces a design that focuses on simplicity, aesthetics and ease of use. The features developed include the Admin Page which has a Home Menu, Product Data Menu and Purchase Data Menu. For the User Page there are Home Menu, Profile Menu and Product Menu features. Usability testing shows that the resulting design has a high level of user satisfaction. It is hoped that the results of this research can be a reference for designers and developers in designing other product ordering systems, as well as contributing to the development of the e-commerce industry in Indonesia.
