Abstract

E-Commerce is a technology for online shopping activities. Indonesia is an opportunity to implement E-Commerce with the increasingly high growth of internet users. Several research literatures have discussed the challenges and factors in adopting E-Commerce. Therefore, the aim of this research is to obtain results related to the challenges, factors and strategies for implementing E-Commerce in Indonesia from the literature in 2018-2023. This research uses the SLR (Systematic Literature Review) research method and the PRISMA approach. There were 15 pieces of literature that went through the review steps and succeeded in answering several research questions. As a result, several studies do not always link the challenges, factors and strategies in adopting E-Commerce with information technology, there are several things that need attention.
