Abstract

This study is about designing and developing a mobile-based ordering system for Kantin Ibu Elis at SMA Regina Pacis (Ursulin) Surakarta. With the rapid advancements in technology and information, the Food and Beverage (F&B) industry faces challenges such as serving many customers efficiently and the growing preference for digital payments over cash. To address these issues, we propose an online ordering and reservation system. Using the Prototyping method, we conducted stages including data collection through observation and interviews, data analysis, prototype creation, evaluation, and system development. Our aim is to create a system that meets user expectations and enhances service efficiency. The system features include login and registration, menu listing, digital payment, and order status tracking. We hope this will result in an effective and efficient service, improving the overall customer experience at Kantin Ibu Elis.
