Abstract

Diabetes is a medical condition caused by high levels of sugar (glucose) in the blood. Early detection and prediction of diabetes are crucial for effective prevention and management. The decision tree algorithm is one of the machine learning methods that can be used for classification and prediction, including in the medical field. This study aims to predict diabetes using the decision tree algorithm. The model is expected to help identify individuals at risk of developing diabetes based on medical data and health parameters. This research using the decision tree demonstrated an accuracy of 97.19%.
