Website-Based Goods Ordering Information System At Harti Boyolali Wholesale Store

Abstract

Harti Wholesale Shop which is located at Jl. Bangak-Simo, North of Sambi Market, Kiosk no. 21, Tempursari, Sambi, Boyolali, is a wholesale shop that sells various kinds of basic necessities, drinks, snacks, household equipment, and so on. This shop is still facing problems in serving goods orders, because the process is still manual and relies on WhatsApp, which is less effective and makes things difficult for various parties. To overcome this, an online goods ordering system is needed to improve service and build relationships with customers more effectively. This research aims to design a website-based goods ordering information system using the waterfall and UML methods. With this system, it is hoped that the transaction process will become more efficient and strengthen relationships with customers. This system also provides data storage using a database so that it can reduce the risk of loss or damage to order data.
