Perancangan Sistem Informasi Divisi Hubungan Masyarakat (HUMAS) Dalam Pengelolaan Publikasi dan Media Pada PT Bukit Asam Tbk Unit Dermaga Kertapati

Abstract

The purpose of this practice is to build an information system that will be used by the Public Relations Division of PT. Bukit Asam Tbk, Kertapati Pier Unit, to manage publications and media effectively. By using object-oriented analysis and design (OOAD) methods and UML modeling, this system is intended to support four main actors, namely Administration, Public Relations Staff, Managers, and the Public. It is hoped that this system can simplify content management, strengthen coordination, and provide a platform for evaluating publication performance, thereby increasing PR's response to the public and improving the company's reputation.
