This study explores the UI/UX design of Pitlaner, an online auto repair service application equipped with geolocation features for emergency assistance. The User-Centered Design (UCD) method was utilized to ensure that the application's design aligns with user needs by incorporating their input at each design phase. The main UCD stages include User Analysis, Prototype Design and Development, User Testing, and Refinement Iteration. Pitlaner provides various features, including geolocation for locating nearby workshops, emergency calling, Options payment, and a service menu with options such as Bore-up and Periodic Service. User testing involving potential users indicated that the application is easy to use, with intuitive navigation, especially in urgent situations. Survey results show that over 50% of users find it very easy to locate essential features, use the map, and are highly satisfied with the application's overall ease of use. Iterative improvements were implemented based on user feedback, ensuring the application is more responsive and functional for emergency needs. UCD has proven effective in optimizing the UI/UX of the Pitlaner application to deliver a comfortable and efficient user experience.
