Abstract

Community services are services provided by government institutions to meet the needs of the community and help make things easier for the community for public purposes, such as licensing and others. In the OKU Social Service there are public services that still use manual procedures and have not taken advantage of advances in existing information technology. The user interface is created with the aim of making the technology easy for users to use. A good user interface design and user experience on a website will keep visitors on the website. But on the other hand, poor interface design and user experience of a website will make users uncomfortable and leave the website. In designing the UI/UX of the OKU social service community service website, creating an interface prototype design using the Figma application. The method used in designing the UI/UX design on this public service website uses the Design Thinking method.
