Abstract

The purpose of this study is to predict the monthly stock in cooperative stores using the Decision Tree method, which was chosen because it is able to analyze previous sales data and other factors that affect the demand for goods. Using previous sales data, monthly data, and external factors such as holidays and promotions, the model was created to help manage inventory more efficiently, according to the study. It is expected that the implementation of this model will increase operational productivity, reduce costs,           and                                    increase               customer                      satisfaction.
