Abstract

Inventory is an important part of business, and effective management allows companies to save money and provide better service to customers. The aim of this research is to create and implement a web-based inventory management system that increases stock efficiency.  This system was built using PHP and MySQL to provide an easy-to-use interface and complete features. Analysis of user needs and system design initiates development. This system includes key modules such as stock management, supplier management. Implementation is carried out according to a structured software development methodology.  The system is tested to ensure that all functions perform according to specifications. The results show that this system helps businesses improve operational efficiency, reduce recording errors, and optimize stock management. Decision making can be made quickly and precisely thanks to a system that allows real-time stock monitoring.  This system increases the effectiveness of inventory management.
