Abstract

This research aims to design a UI/UX design of a digital sales platform aimed at Mari Snack MSMEs in order to improve user experience and expand market reach. This platform is designed so that customers can easily order market snacks online, with features that support easy access and product management by admins. The research was carried out through several stages, namely needs identification, needs analysis using use-case diagrams, and prototyping in the form of wireframes and interface design with attractive and intuitive aesthetics. This design is expected to be able to provide a positive user experience, increase customer engagement, and support digital sales growth for MSMEs in the culinary sector.
