Abstract

The development of information technology encourages training institutions to adopt digital systems to improve operational efficiency. This research aims to design and develop a web-based trainer portal for STU Training Institute using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. This portal is designed as an information center for trainers, providing features to access training schedules, training history, participant feedback, and profile management. The system development process follows the RAD stages, including requirements planning, system design, development, and implementation. Test results using the Blackbox method show 100% validation, where all portal features function as needed. The implementation of this portal provides an effective solution in delivering training information and supporting more structured learning management. This study is expected to improve the quality of training and support STU Training Institute in achieving competitive advantage in the digital era. Development suggestions include adding real-time notification features and optimizing the interface design.
