Perancangan Sistem Informasi E-Bussines Berbasis Web menggunakan Model B2C untuk Produk Fashion Gen-Z: Studi Kasus pada Proyek Neome

To design a web-based e-business information system with a Business-to-Customer (B2C) model for the Gen-Z fashion brand "Neome", this project responds to the increasing trend of online transactions and the need for trendy and easily accessible fashion products. With the Extreme Programming (XP) method, the development process is carried out iteratively thru the stages of planning, design, coding, and testing to ensure system quality and user satisfaction. The system being built provides an interactive dashboard, product catalog, and contact features that facilitate consumer access and admin management. The implementation of the B2C model allows direct interaction between sellers and consumers, while also optimizing marketing strategies thru the utilization of customer data. The result is a responsive web platform that can be accessed via smartphone or desktop, allowing users to easily view, order, and obtain promotional information. This research shows that the implementation of a structured e-business system can enhance operational efficiency, customer engagement, and strengthen brand competitiveness in the digital fashion market.
