Abstract

Effective time management is a major challenge in today's daily life. This study aims to create an automated scheduling system by combining a mobile application, the n8n automation platform, and the WhatsApp Business API. The study was conducted using the Design Science Research (DSR) method to design and implement a system consisting of the Schedule Dailyna application as the front-end, n8n as the automation engine, and WhatsApp as the notification sender. The results show that the three components are well integrated and capable of forming a smooth automated workflow, starting from schedule input via the mobile application, automated processing by the n8n workflow, to sending notifications directly via WhatsApp. This system successfully overcomes the shortcomings of previous research by offering a complete solution, combining all three technologies in one integrated design. This implementation proves that the combination of a mobile application, the n8n automation platform, and the WhatsApp API can create an effective, automated, and adaptable time management solution to the needs of the digital era.
