Abstract

This research aims to develop the Music Merch Fest Website as a digital platform designed to promote and sell official merchandise from various music festivals. Through this system, music enthusiasts can access event information and purchase products online conveniently, securely, and efficiently. The study employs the Prototype method, emphasizing an iterative approach between developers and users throughout the system design process. The development stages include requirement analysis, interface design, prototype creation, testing, and evaluation for continuous refinement. The results indicate that the Prototype method effectively accelerates design validation and improves the alignment between user needs and system functionality. System testing was conducted using the black box testing approach, demonstrating that all website features operate properly without logical errors. This website is expected to serve as an effective digital medium for music industry stakeholders to expand promotional reach, increase merchandise sales, and strengthen interactions among artists, festival organizers, and fans.
