Perancangan Sistem Aplikasi Al-Qur’an Mushaf Gontor Juz 1 Berbasis Mobile

Abstract

The Al-Qur'an is the primary guide for Muslims. Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor possesses a unique Mushaf that has only been available in printed form, making it less practical and vulnerable to damage. This study aims to digitize Mushaf Gontor Juz 1 into an Android-based mobile application. The development followed the Waterfall model, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The application was developed using Android Studio with Kotlin and features full mushaf page view, verse-based view, search, and bookmarks. Functional testing using the Black Box method shows that all implemented features work as intended. The resulting application facilitates easier access to Mushaf Gontor while helping preserve its unique characteristics in digital form.
