ANALISIS TINGKAT KEPUASAN APLIKASI MYSSC PADA PT PERTAMINA PATRA NIAGA REGIONAL SUMBAGSEL MENGGUNAKAN METODE EUCS (End User Computing Satisfaction)

Abstract

The MySsc (Shared Service Center) application is an application that acts as an enabler function that serves administrative, repetitive and high volume operational activities as an operational, resource and technology integrated service and is implementedl in thel Finance & lIT, HR, Assetl Management andl Procurement functions at PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga Sumbagsel. In implementing MySsc, an evaluation of the aspects of comfort and satisfaction for application users is required. Evaluating user satisfaction with a system or application has a good impact on the company and users. Companies can find opportunities to improve relevant and better application features. lTherefore, it isl necessary tol identify problems with the MySsc applicationl in order to findl out howl satisfied usersl are withl the MySsc application. Thel method usedl in thisl research isl the Endl User Computingl Satisfaction (lEUCS) analysis method, where this method focusesl on evaluatingl the levell of end user satisfactionl using the dimensions of lcontent, accuracy, lformat, ease of luse, and ltimeliness. Data collectionl in this research was carriedl out byl distributing questionnairesl to 30 respondents, namely members of PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga Sumbagsel. The sampling technique uses saturated samples where the saturated sample is the entire population used as the sample. In thel results ofl the questionnairel data lprocessing, the percentage calculation results for each dimension of the EUCS variable content were 83.5%, which means very satisfied, variable accuracy was 77.6%, which means satisfied, variable format was 79.6%, which means satisfied, variable ease of use is 81.4 which means very satisfied and the timeliness variable is 79.7% which means satisfied. Based on the percentage results for each dimension, it has been shown that the MySSC application is satisfied.
