PERANCANGAN UI/UX WEBSITE PERMOHONAN CUTI PEGAWAI PADA BADAN NARKOTIKA NARKOTIKA NASIONAL PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE DESIGN THINKING

Abstract

South Sumatra's Provincial National Narcotics Agency (BNNP) is still facing challenges in the process of applying for leave which is considered to be inefficient. This process still relies on manual data processing, in the staff department, using physical documents and not having a centralized database. As a result, there are frequent errors in the recording of vacation taking. Officers have to apply for leave from a number of officers, which is of course time-consuming and increasing the workload in the staff department. This has a negative impact on operational efficiency and efficiency. To solve the problem, the author applied methods of observation, interviews, and library studies to gather the data required by the agency. The study uses Design Thinking methods to improve the UI (User Interface) and UX(User Experience) appearance through a series of stages, including Empathizes, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. The objectives of UI/UX design on this staff leave application website are to reduce barriers, overcome administrative errors, increase agency productivity in managing leave applications more effectively and efficiently, and facilitate the process of staff leave data documentation by agencies.
