Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the QRIS Instant Access feature on the one of electronic wallet platform and analyze its impact on user experience and response. The feature is designed to simplify QRIS transactions with a faster and more straightforward process. A quantitative approach was used, with questionnaires distributed to internal users who accessed the feature. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics to assess user satisfaction, ease of use, and usage frequency. Results show that most users found the feature facilitated transactions and enhanced payment convenience. Based on these findings, several recommendations for feature improvements are proposed before its wider public release.
