Design thinking, Prototype, UI/UXAbstract
This research aims to design UI/UX for stationery sales applications using the design thinking method. This approach consists of five stages, namely empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test, which aims to realize a maximum user experience. In the empathize stage, observations and interviews are conducted to understand the needs of users, which reveals that the offender needs simple navigation, quick access to products, and a convenient payment process. After analyzing the user's problems, the development of the design concept is carried out at the ideation stage, then continued with the creation of a prototype. The trial was conducted using the Unmoderated Remoted Usability method to evaluate the effectiveness and usability of the application. The test results show that most of the app's main features work well, although there are some issues with the search and chat features. Overall, this UI/UX design has succeeded in meeting the needs of users by providing an intuitive and effective interface.
