Abstract

This research aims to redesign the UI/UX of the Cincau Station application to obtain a better user experience. The method used is the design thinking method through the empathize, define, ideate, prototype and testing stages. The design was developed to provide solutions to problems regarding information on each menu, purchasing features via the application for both pick up and delivery, and store location features. The testing stage was carried out using the online system usability scale (SUS) testing method with 30 respondents. The SUS results from the questionnaire show that the results of the UI/UX redesign of the Cincau Station Application are in the OK category with an average SUS score of 77.5. Based on the minimum average level of usability, it can be concluded that the results of the UI/UX redesign of the Cincau Station Application are more acceptable or feasible but still require a lot of improvement to achieve excellence.
