Integrated Attendance System in Efforts to Improve Discipline at PT SIJO

Abstract

PT SIJO faces problems in employee discipline, especially related to recording attendance at work. To overcome this problem, the company developed an integrated attendance system that includes a web application for HR in monitoring and a mobile application for location-based attendance recording. The development of this system uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method and involves a survey of users to evaluate the impact of the application on employee discipline. The survey results show that employees are satisfied with this application, and the majority consider the application to improve discipline and make them more diligent in carrying out their duties. This system is expected to provide a long-term solution to improve discipline and operational efficiency at PT SIJO.
