Sistem Reservasi Restoran Online Berbasis Web Menggunakan Laravel

Abstract

Restaurants are a type of business in the culinary sector that provide food and beverages. Reservations are the process of booking a table, and they are closely related to restaurant services, as customers can easily reserve a table while selecting menu items in advance. In restaurant operations, a reservation system plays a vital role in ensuring customer comfort, especially during peak hours. With the advancement of information technology, reservation systems can now be implemented online, allowing customers to make bookings efficiently without the need to visit the location in person. Mas Amba Restaurant is a fictional object restaurant used as the case study in this research. The aim of this study is to design and develop a website restaurant reservation system using the Laravel framework. The system development follows the Waterfall model. This system is expected to help structure the restaurant’s operational processes and make them more accessible and efficient for users.
