Abstract

The need for an online platform that provides information, Suggestions, and interactive experiences related to the culture of coffeeshop has increased as a result of the growth of the creative industry in coffeeshop. The study aims to create an ei-based system that focuses on user needs using the double diamond method. Design processes include the discover stage, define, define, and deliver, using figma as a prototype design tool. Research shows that the double diamond method is effective in identifying user needs and creating informative, intuitive, and responsive intersets. It is hoped that the final prototype will become the basis for an application that can improve the customer experience of exploring the culture of coffeeshop. In addition, the study gave an in-depth look at system design processes that focused on user experience and offered design techniques that could be used to create similar applications in the creative industry.
