The efficiency of the cashier system has a significant impact on customer satisfaction and smooth operations in the modern restaurant industry. The traditional Point-of-Sale (POS) system at the "Two Fish" Restaurant faces the problem of high error rates and slow transaction processes, which result in queue congestion and poor User Experience (UX). This research aims to design an integrated Cashier Information System based on Web and Mobile platforms, with the main focus on UX optimization through the User-Centered Design (UCD) methodology. The UCD process is applied iteratively, starting from the analysis of the context of use (interviews and observations of staff) to define functional and non-functional needs precisely. The design phase resulted in a high-fidelity prototype that included key features such as fast mobile order input for the waiter and intuitive split-bill functionality for the cashier. The final prototype will be rigorously evaluated using Usability Testing, measured quantitatively through the System Usability Scale (SUS), with a target score exceeding 70. This research is expected to contribute in the form of a validated cashier system design model that is validated, intuitive, efficient, and successfully reduces operational errors, thereby improving the quality of service and overall staff productivity.
